Review

The present educational decision algorithm gradually takes us to face individual issues to be addressed in a patient with craniocerebral trauma.
I am glad to see that authors give answer to every question explaining why it was or was not correct. This, together with the "realism" of the situation, certainly leads to far better ability of the student to memorize the correct solution to the problem.
Good practice in the care of patients with craniocerebral trauma from the very beginning is extremely important for a good final outcome, because the more errors we make, the more irreversible changes in the brain tissue occur. Of course, another key factor is time. Here, the rescue team along with intensivists in the emergency department play vital role. It is imperative that every doctor who may encounter patient in this condition has to had these algorithms firmly rooted.
I consider this learning algorithm well-arranged and very educational.
